Six years ago statute of the museum was changed, and the museum extended collection of documents and sources. Artifact collections of Razum Andrejchin (2001), Konstantin Stamenov (2003), Alexander Vavrek (2003), Dimitar Stojanov (2005) and Emil Nadjakov (2005) came in the museum after that.

       Collection of documents of Georgi Nadjakov is largest in the museum. It was given by his daughter Elka Nadjakova and his daughter-in-law Krasimira Marinova. Georgi Nadjakov sources ranged spand the years he live from the end of XIX century to the year of his death. Nature of this sources is personal.

       Physical instruments came from the laboratoires of Georgi Nadjakov at the Sofia University and in the Institute of solid state physics. Part of them were made in physical workshop. We have many imported abroad apparatuses. The oldest artifacts were made in the first half of XX century.

       Collection of physical literature of academician Georgi Nadjakov did not preserve now unfortunately. The family of his daughter Elka Nadjakova bestowed part of his personal physical books on the museum in 2006. The family Elka Nadjakova and Nikola Nikolov supported reconstruction of academician Georgi Nadjakov exhibition hall.
