       Abstract: Unknown permanent relations between Professor Radoslav Tsanoff and his student Norbert Winner are discussed in this paper. Comparison between their interest in linguistics and cybernetics is given. Some contributions are made to biographies of Radoslav Tsanoff, Norbert Winner and Georgi Nadjakov.
