Biography
Ivan Gochev Gochev
08.05.1944 – 15.09.1995

Born: in Kalekovets village, near to Plovdiv. He was an only child of Gocho Gochev Zheljazkov and Stavrini Ivanova Zheljazkova. Later on, Ivan Gochev maried to Russian citisen Alina Dmitrievna (1967). Thet have a sun Georgi, born in Harkov (08.12.1967).

Education:

He studied in Ljuljakovo vilage, near to Burgas

Later on, he studied Kirov Technical School (1963) in Sofia

Ivan Gochev wrote down physics at the Sofia University (1963–1965) and theoretical physics at the Kharkiv University from 1965 up to 1968 (Diploma ¹ 593107 / 5 July 1968)

He was Ph.D. student at the University of Kharkiv 3 years from 26 September 1970 up to 15 October 1973

Ivan Gochev defended Sc.D. degree in Dubna (13 February 1985)

Professional experience:

Bulgarian Academy Institute of Physics appointed him in the Field Teory and Elementar Particles Laboratory (21 August 1968)

Ivan Gochev became member of theoretical research group at the Institute of Solid State Physics (Order 369 / 14 November 1973). There, he was elected associate professor (11 December 1987) and full professor (22 ÿíóàðè 1991)

He specialised theoretical physics at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna (27 November 1979 – 27 November 1986)

Research:

Ivan Gochev investigated theoretically magnetism of solitons as a result of interaction between quasiparticles.
