Ivan Petkov Nedialkov
(1921 - 1984)





Born in Sopot

Education

He studied in the Technical University in Berlin (1941)

Graduated Technical Universityt in Sofia (1948)

PhD in technical sciences (1975)

Research

Ivan Nedialkov has amasing results in nuclear physics, long wave tomography, hydrodynamics, geophysics, cosmology, found metal

Professional Experience

He was hydro and aerodynamics assistant at the Technical University in Sofia (1949-1952) and diferential and integral assistant at the Sofia University (1952-1954)

Associate Professor (1954) and Professor (1966)

Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Institute of Physics appointed him from 1960

Ivan Nedialkov is created and headed calculus method in physics section (1968) and Calculus Center at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Center of Physics (1972-1974)

From 1974 to 1984, he headed calculus method in physics section at the Institute for Nuclear Research and Nuclear Energy

Teaching Activities

He was university professor on theoretical mechanics at the Technical University of Sofia (1954-1974)

Awards

Kiril and Metodi medal first and second degrees

Ivan Nedialkov has 193 scientific articles, 8 patents, one university textbook and one scientific book
