SAVA SLAVCHEV MANOV
(1943 – 2005)

Born

Sava Manov was born in Pleven

Education

He studied physics at the Friedrich Schiller University, Jena, Eastern Germany (1968)

and obtained Ph.D. (1968) and D.Sc. (2000)

Research

Sava Manov worked in theory of gravity, theory of relativity and diferential-geometry methodes

His scientific heritage is deviation equation

He was engage with scientific planning from 1984

Teaching activities

He hold many theoretical physics cources

Professional Experience

Sava Manov was physicist in the Institute of Physics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (1969–1972)

In 1974 he became researcher at the Institute for Nuclear Research and Nulcear Energy

He was member of the Scientific Board (1999–2005) and technical assistant

Sava Manov was scientific officer of the Institute for Nuclear Research and Nulcear Energy (2000).

He was deputy director of the Institute (2004-2005)

Publications

Sava Manov has 3 monographs

He was author and co-author of more than 110 publications
