Biography
MARIAN ANGELOV TASLAKOV
(11.12.1958 – 18.12.2013)
Born:

Marian Taslakov was born in Sofia

Education:

He studied radioelectronics at the Techical university in Sofia and became engenee (1983).

Marian Taslakov defended his Ph.D. in 1999

Research

Taslakov investigated stabilization of ultra-high frequency generator – frequency synthesizer

He developed methods for spectrum enhancement and themperature compensated DDS generator, high-frequency and ultra high-frequency generators, method for superconductors measuring

; He created systems for stabilization and smooth readjustment of semiconductor lasers

Taslakov developed method and equipment for atmospheric pressure and long opened beam spectroscopy from infrared lasers

He investigated a possibility of transmitting information by lasers through an open trajectory using frequency modulated sygnal

He investigated a possibility for lasser measurement of small changes in the distance between two closely placed objects at a great distance from the transceiver

He initiated new standard for electric current by counting single electrons. In that reason, he developed an alternative method for counting electrons by using controllable electron source and a charge comparator

He built unique precision optical mechanical devices and components for experimental optics and spectroscopy

He created and investigated electronic chaos generator

Taslakov investigated ålectrical engine controling in precision posicionin systems for electric bicycles

Professional experience:

Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Institute of Electronics appointed him from 30 May 1983. He was engeneer (1983–1989), ²²² degree researcher (1988–1991), ²² degree researcher (1991–2000), ² degree researcher (2000–2011), associate professor (2011–2013)

Engeneer Taslakov was on a long-term research trip to the Gothenburg University, Sweden (2000–2002)

He worked in a Swiss ecological laboratory

He worked on 45 projects, and headed 3 of them
